Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We ship to Canadian addresses only. Orders with a shipping address outside Canada cannot be fulfilled.

We calculate shipping rates in real time at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You'll see the exact cost — and the carrier options available to you — before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping thresholds by region

The free-shipping threshold reflects the actual cost of getting your order to you. Delivery to closer regions is cheaper, so those thresholds are lower.

For orders under the free-shipping threshold — or shipping to the Territories — you'll see live shipping quotes from multiple carriers at checkout. Pick the option that suits your budget and timeline.

Delivery times

All times and dates given for delivery are estimates given in good faith. Typical timelines:

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days of receipt.
• Standard delivery reaches most Canadian addresses in 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Territories and remote destinations may take 7–14 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
